3/7/2024 0 Comments Box fight 3v3I have worked with 1:1 coaches in other sports during a brief break from CF (golf, powerlifting, and MMA/BJJ), it's helped tremendously, so I have an open mind to it now. Like, how can it be THAT different than basic competitor style programming? But now.I'm starting to believe it's worth exploring at this point, as I'm not getting any younger (I'm 32 now). I always felt like individualized coaching was either for the elite, or those with money to burn just to feel special. I've seen positive results from pretty much all of it (in different ways, some more than others), but really can't seem to crack the code of sustainably pushing past common plateaus in my game that limit me from taking things to the next level. I've done just about everything - affiliate programming (several affilitates), competitor programming (TTT, mayhem, and comptrain), assistance/weakness templates, standalone strength, even writing my own programming. Long story short, I've been in the crossfit space for about 10 years now, got my ass handed to me yet again in the open and want to try out some individual coaching.
